• Mask use is optional.
• Groups of visitors may not exceed 14 people, including the tour guide if he/she is accompanying them.
• Please follow the signs throughout the tour and always respect the distance of at least one meter/3.2 feet.
• The capacity of the small cells will be a maximum of two people at a time.
• If you require a wheelchair for your visit, please request it to our staff at the entrance.
• We recommend hiring the services of independent guides authorized by the Monastery of Santa Catalina. This cost is not included in the Price of the ticket.
• We offer free WiFi
